Just recently I was given a book that significantly influenced thte life of my friend. It details exactly what this speaker is talking about. Yes I would concider my friend of a genius nature.
"Higher Creativity Liberating the Unconscious for breakthrough Insights" by Willis Harman, Ph.D. and Howard Rheingold.

From the back cover - "Insight is the minds magic in action solving problems, understanding realtionships, creating new images - with a speed and certainty unavailable to ordinary consciousness. Breakthrough insights go even further. They take a quantum leap beyond ordinary creativity and previous ways of looking at things - to whole new method of resolving our difficulties."

"These apparently special people people became special by harnessing, sometimes quite accidently the awesome power of the unconscious in the service of higher creativity. Following thier example and using historically validated procedures for reprogramming the unconscious, you can learn to capture the lightning for persoanl breakthrough in you own life."

Through the use of questions, and through the use of statements, and to a more significant degree, through the use of the mechanism which allows language to have deeply rooted ties such as the ability for someone to scream, "FIRE!" and for my adrenaline to kick in at that moment, to either escape, or attempt to extinguish the fire, because of the word fire, and the emotional modification that came with its distribution.

Furthermore, emotional modification could also be considered physical modification, as emotional responses such as fear will cause the upper respiratory muscles to contract in a specific way when yelling the word fire, to establish that emotion within the word. (perhaps that's not the best way to say it, I'm not a doctor, but I can feel the added compression that differentiates a yell, and a fearful yell.)

I can also remove all of this. I have at times come very close to dying because things that are supposed to indicate "MOVE OR DO SOMETHING" have been disabled.

You're onto something, but you're only discussing a very small function of something quite a bit bigger, and more unbelievable than anything you'll ever read in a textbook.

What do you think about being able to kill yourself with thought? It's possible, you know...
